Nesta palestra Isabel Margarido vai apresentar os desafios de implementar e melhorar processos; alguns resultados de investigação nesta área, referentes a implementações feitas; e boas práticas que permitam alcançar melhorias no desempenho das organizações.

A sessão Hands On: University Smartification through Internet of Things (IoT) and Augmented Reality (AR) irá abordar os desafios com que com que a sociedade, em geral, é diariamente confrontada e quais os contributos que a Internet of Things (IoT) pode fornecer para colmatar alguns desses desafios e, em particular, ajudar e facilitar a ambientação dos alunos no contexto universitário.
Hands-On Machine Learning
In this session you will be introduced to the very basics of Machine Learning, focusing on a hands-on approach. You will be given a telco dataset and together with Celfocus team you will code your way into your first classification Model, starting from analysing the dataset into analysing the first metrics of your model, as our teams regularly do (considering the simplicity of the use case).
Hands-On on Data Engineering (Big Data)
Celfocus will share their experience in the Data Analytics area, presenting some of the most innovate projects that are being implemented, the technology being used and a practical use case, where the attendees will be invited to play the role of a data engineer and be responsible for the implementation of a use case. The workshop will be performed in small groups, that will be responsible to answer a data engineer challenge.
